RECENT EVENTS

2009 Football Banquet/Annual Meeting

At the 2009 Annual Meeting, Carolyn Merry presented an overview of the Department's activities during the past year. Doug Davis presented an overview of OSUCEAA activities and accomplishments for 2009. Doug also presided over the officer elections and the Officers for 2010 elected at the annual meeting were:

President - Greg Evans;

Vice President - Doug Davis;

Secretary - Boris Slogar;

and Treasurer - Bill Coombs.

Congratulation to our new and continuing officers.

Harry Thomas presented the OSUCEAA's Outstanding Alumni Award for 2009 to Del Boring. Congratulations to Del.

Membership Appreciation Night

Our Annual Membership Appreciation NIght was held January 15, 2010. This social event was well attended by members, students, and faculty. We first met at the Varsity club for pizza and beverages and then attended the OSU men's hockey game against the U.S. National Student Team. New Board Members

The OSUCEAA has recently added four new members to it's Board of DIrectors:

Gregory Boyer,

Beth Lozier,

Adam Roslovic, and

Claire Sichko.

We welcome these individuals to the Board and look forward to their contributions and certainly appreciate them volunteering their time to our organization.
