Presenter's Information

Congratulations on being invited to present your paper at the Midwest Research-to-Practice conference Oct. 8-10, 2003, in Columbus, Ohio. Here’s what we’re asking you to do to ensure your paper is placed on the conference program:

1. Download, complete, and return the following forms to Connie Wanstreet, The Ohio State University, Longaberger Alumni House, 2200 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, OH 43210-1035 by Aug. 1, 2003. (fax: 614/688-0351; e-mail: wanstreet.2@osu.edu; phone: 614/688-8242)

• Confirmation and Publicity form
• Conference Registration (papers without at least one author registered by Aug. 1 will not be placed on the conference program)
• Audio/Visual and On-site Assistance form

2. Read the Instructions for Manuscript Preparation and submit a diskette and two copies of a six-page (maximum) single-spaced paper, including title, author, abstract, references, tables, charts, and graphs for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings by Aug. 1, 2003, to Dr. Trenton R. Ferro at trferro@iup.edu. Only papers received by Aug. 1, 2003, that have at least one author registered for the conference will be included in the proceedings.
