How You Can Help
Each year’s conference is self-supporting. We start with no funds, and we end with no extra funds since our goal is to raise only the money we need each year to run a successful conference. We are committed to holding the cost of registration to last year’s level—$85 for students and $150 for other registrants. In addition to funding the conference through registrations, we’ve identified a number of sponsorship opportunities.

As a sponsor you will be recognized in the conference program, on signs at the conference location, and in the sponsors’ center on the conference Web site. Various sponsorship opportunities are available, including:

$6,100 Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday at Fawcett Center
$2,500 Opening reception on Wednesday
$3,300 Facilities rental at the Fawcett Center
$1,000 Shuttle van rental for transportation between conference hotels and the Fawcett Center
$700 Technology sponsorship to include cell phones, e-mail stations and Internet connections
$300 Entertainment fee for Columbus Women’s Chorus

Ohio State University is a 501(c)(3) organization.
