Mary Lynn Norwood - President

Born in Toledo, Ohio but raised in Grand Ledge, Michigan Mary was always a Buckeye. Mary Graduated from Ohio State in 1993 with a BSBA in International Business.  Mary joined the club in 1996 when she first moved to Minnesota.  Mary currently works in Clothing Design/Manufacturing.

Mary’s most memorable moment as a Buckeye fan happened her Senior year at Ohio State. She started out on Michigan game day by standing in line at Papa Joe's at 6am for Kegs 'n Eggs.  Got into the bar by 8am, had a beer poured over her head promptly thereafter (which was tradition), left the bar around 10am, showered with her clothes on, climbed into bed, slept through the first quarter of the game!!  Mary believes the Buckeyes went on to tie that year.

Sandy Sweetser - Treasurer

Sandy has been a club member since moving from Columbus to the Twin Cities in 1989.  She has been on the board of directors that entire time and currently serves as the Clubs Treasurer.

Sandy is Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Target Center Arena. Prior to her current position Sandy was Marketing Manager at Camp Snoopy in Mall of America and Manager of Corporate Sponsorships for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Sandy graduated from Ohio State with a dual undergrad majoring in marketing and finance in 1987 and graduated from the Ohio State sports management Masters program in 1989.  Sandy has been married 10 years to former Tarheel quarterback Wes Sweetser and has a son Ren and daughter Macy.

Sandy’s most exciting memory as a Buckeye fan was attending the National Championship Fiesta Bowl game!  But she thinks her best memories are still yet to come - maybe Ren will someday play for our "team"!

Henry Gallagher

Henry has lived in Minnesota for over 7 years and had been a member of the club for 3 years.  Although Henry never graduated from Ohio State, both his father and grandparents did.

Henry has BA in Marketing from Concordia University and currently works for The Tom James Company in Business Sales.  Henry and his wife Bridget have 3 children Grace, Jack, and Rachel.

Henry’s greates moment as Buckeye was being able to take his 87 year old grandmother to the Minnesota game in Columbus two years ago.  She graduated from OSU in 1929 and has been going to the games ever since.  Henry feels he will never forget being able to share that day with her during that marvelous undefeated season.

Janelle Hartman

Janelle graduated in 1998 from Ohio States College of Business.  Janelle joined the club in 1999 when she first moved to Minnesota. Janelle currently works as a Logistics Manager at General Mills.

While at Ohio State Janelle was a member of the Women’s Rowing Team.  She states her most exciting memory as a Buckeye as when she put on her varsity letter jacket for the first time and reflected on the amazing athletes that had worn the same jacket over the years.

Ahmed’s greatest memories as a Buckeye include winning at Notre Dame in 1996 and having his picture taken on the field with friend and former Ohio State running back Pepe Pearson.  Secondly, would be attending the Michigan game when the Buckeyes clinched a berth in the 2002 National Championship game.

Mark’s most exciting memories as a Buckeye include the 1979 victory over Michigan in Ann Arbor, it was Earl’s first season, which was celebrated by hanging from the goal posts and getting maced by Ann Arbor cops “it was a blast partying on the field in the big house until my eyes started burning!”   Secondly the 1997 Rose Bowl and watching David Boston catch winning touchdown and partying afterwards in the misty fog of the golf course next to the stadium. Lastly, traveling to Tempe and sharing the best college football game (2003 Fiesta Bowl) with long time friend Scott Iwen and many other Bucknuts from Minnesota and Columbus.
