2006 FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY

OSU ALUMNI CLUB OF KNOX COUNTY

Cheryl Bollinger presents the stocking to Psi Iota Xi.  It was filled with donations from Kroger and Potpourri Cottage as well as members and an ornament autographed by Archie.  It was stitched by Cheryl with input from Liz Dumaree, Julie Helenthal, Barb Gillogly, Audrey Spearman, & Jan Schild.  The winning bid was $825, but the buyer immediately offered an extra $500 for a total of $1325, all benefiting the needy of Knox County.

Two wreaths were made by Liz, Julie, Cheryl, and Jan with handmade block O’s, real buckeye and bead garland, and gray and red ornaments with OSU logos.  One went to Danville and the other to Fredericktown.  Each also included an Archie autographed ornament.

Fredericktown’s raised approximately $100, and $75 went to Danville’s ISS.
