Gordon Gee The OSU Alumni Club of the Sacramento Valley was formed to advance the interests of The Ohio State University and The Ohio State University Alumni Association (OSUAA) and to establish closer fellowship among the alumni, friends, family, fans, and former students of OSU. This group of people form a community of individuals from all walks of life and from many different cultures who share a common love of all things OSU from serious to fun. We are also dedicated to fostering student recruitment and awarding scholarships to area students who attend OSU. If you would like to make a tax deductible Scholarship Fund donation, click here. As a chartered club of the OSUAA, we are home to over 1,200 OSU alumni as well as many other fans in the Sacramento Valley region. We have a board and slate of officers who take an active approach to club activities. You can meet nearly every one of them at every club function. We eagerly look forward to the Buckeye football, parties, local River Cat baseball, Buckeye football, other Nor Cal OSU sports games and events, parties, local Sacramento Kings, banquets, mixers, Buckeye football, silent auctions, and, of course, Buckeye football! There is always room for more supporters and we would love to have you join the club. Dues are currently $25 per year. All Buckeye fans are welcome! Dues help support of the Scholarship Fund and funding of Club expenses. You also get to meet with fellow buckeyes, especially to watch us beat Michigan . . . Priceless!. There are many benefits of OSUAA membership for you, OSU, and our club. Please join to help make OSUAA the biggest and the best collegiate alumni club in the nation! The club meets every week during football season at MVP's Sports Grill in Sacramento. There you will usually find from two dozen to 200 or more rabid fans. Breakfast, lunch or dinner is served as appropriate. We want to make sure that our fans are the best in the land whether they are in the stadium or at a club event. Please observe the Buckeye Sportsmanship Creed. Go Bucks!! To help those in need, the club selected STEAC* as our charity again this year. Don't forget to share the Buckeye spirit by bringing non-perishable food items to each game watching party to support STEAC. We hope to see you at our next scheduled event! The club was most recently recognized by the OSUAA as an Outstanding Alumni Club for 2006, thanks in large part to the dedication of our officers and the support of our membership!
