2006 Spring Meeting and Golf Outing

Proceeds benefit the OSU San Diego Gary Rectanwald Scholarship Fund

Thank you to all who atteneded! Our first annual golf outing was a great success thanks to your involvement. Over $5000 was raised for the club's scholarship fund. We'll look forward to seeing you at next year's event.

  • John Brockington - Helped the Buckeyes win college football's national championships in 1968 and was an All-American his senior season in 1970. NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year (Green Bay Packers) in 1971. Leads the Brockington Foundation.
  • Steve Arlin - Led the Buckeyes to back-to-back appearances in the College Baseball World Series in 1965 and 1966. Also pitched for the San Diego Padres.
  • Willie Buchanan - Former defensive back for the San Diego Chargers and Green Bay Packers.
  • Pete Shaw - Former defensive back for the San Diego Chargers and New York Giants.
