The OSU Alumni Club of Shelby County will be holding a Super Bowl Party Fundraiser upstairs at the Sidney Moose to raise funds for scholarships for local students who plan to attend The Ohio State University. Our Club would like to invite you to take part in helping raise these funds for these local students. You will also have a chance to win some funds yourself through our Super Bowl Party.  We will be distributing a total amount of $7,500.00 at this event. With the purchase of just (1) square, you will have a chance to win a portion of this amount along with being able to attend (2) parties where the food and beverages will be paid for by your purchase of the square.

 We will have door prizes, 50/50 drawings and hopefully a halftime auction to help off-set the costs of this event so that we can generate as much as possible for our Scholarship Fund.

This type of event in the past has paid out a total of 74 different times to participants.   

HOW OUR SUPERBOWL PARTY OPERATES

$100.00 per square. This may be paid by installments.

50% of your square must be paid for with your 1st installment.

 

Full payment of square must be paid by January of 2007 or your square can be bought by another interested participant and your down payment will be returned in full.

Failure to abide by this payment schedule can result in you losing your square.

Payments can be made to the OSU Alumni Club of Shelby County in care of Joe Smith. They may be sent by check to 565 Foxcross Dr. Sidney, OH 45365.  

 Each owner of each square may bring one guest to each party. (This means each square allows two people per square to attend this event.)

 

Sunday Jan. 28th we will draw the numbers for the game upstairs at the Moose.

 

(4) sets of numbers will be drawn for each participant, (1) set for each quarter.

This means that your numbers will change at the end of each quarter.

Need not be present to win, but we hope you can make it.

 PAYOFF GUIDELINES

$1000.00 paid to correct score at the end of quarters 1,2,3 and final score.

$100.00 paid for the reverse score at the end of quarters 1,2,3 and final score.

$50.00 paid to correct score every time the score changes during the game.

         If the game goes into overtime, we will only pay for the final score

Numbers and names will be drawn from what is called a losers pool after the game at $50.00 intervals with the remaining, until the remainder of the $7,500.00 is gone.

Any remaining squares not purchased will be obtained by the OSUACSC.
