About the USG Alumni Society
The USG Alumni Society was founded in 1996 to promote the advancement of the best interests of The Ohio State University Undergraduate Student Government and its alumni by striving to attain five goals:
- To provide a resource to USG members and facilitate year-to-year continuity.
- To help USG members develop leadership skills.
- To help USG members who are preparing to enter the work force, both with how to apply their USG experience to the working world and with discerning how their activities with USG indicate promise in a certain career.
- To help USG alumni keep in touch with one another and arrange for social events.
- To provide occasional funding for USG projects.
Board of Governors
The USGAS Board of Governors has 12 members. Nine are in-state, three are out-of-state. The current members are:
