CIVIL ENGINEERING ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WEB SITE

We play a role in the academic endeavors of the College of Engineering, the Civil Engineering Department, and the Civil Engineering students by supporting occasional technical seminars and other events related to our field, and by sponsoring departmental scholarships.

Below is a short list of upcoming events that we are planning. Click on Upcoming Events at the left for event details. You can also see the details of recent events that the Association has sponsored or been involved in by clicking on Recent Events at the left.

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held at 12:00 PM on July 14, 2009 at Hitchcock Hall. Association members are welcome to attend.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

OSUCEAA Members Approve Constitution Revisions

OSUCEAA members approved revisions to the Constitution in a vote held during May, 2009. The Board of Directors will now submit the revised document to the Ohio State Alumni Association for final approval. Scholarships Awarded for 2009

Four OSUCEAA $2,500 scholarships were awarded to Michael Bell, Lauren Corrigan, James Kirch, and Daniel Morene. Congratulations to these outstanding students!

The Board has approved a new Strategic Plan for our organization. It depicts our Mission, Vision, and our Strategic Goals.
